Overview

Electrical Designer Engineer with Construction Management experience required to execute projects and support bids in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Rejlers International Engineering Solutions AB operates in Abu Dhabi, UAE, delivering engineering and project services to Oil & Gas, Refining, Petrochemical, and Chemical Industries mainly in UAE and other Arabian Gulf Countries.

Reports To: The Electrical Designer Engineer (Construction Management experience) reports to the Head of Discipline, Electrical design.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Designer Engineer with construction experience in Substation projects within the Oil and Gas sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all electrical construction activities in consultation with Lead Engineer, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and project timelines.

Key responsibilities include closely monitoring the execution of daily electrical construction activities, ensuring alignment with project specifications, quality standards and schedule. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and interface with the project. All construction activities shall be in accordance with ADNOC HSE policy.

Safety Management

Promote and enforce a strong safety culture, ensuring all construction activities comply with safety regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 6–10 years minimum Oil & Gas experience.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, leadership and coordination abilities, analytic and proactive approach; experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Chemical Industries.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software, such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other computer-aided design tools.
