Job summary

A leading interior fit-out and construction company in Dubai seeks an experienced interior designer with a strong sales background. In this role, you will engage with clients to create and present design concepts while managing projects from inception to completion. Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in interior design and sales.
• Strong portfolio of residential/commercial interior design work.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or additional language skills is a plus.

Job description

• Meet with potential clients to understand project requirements and present design concepts and solutions.
• Develop and present design proposals, mood boards, material samples, and 2D/3D visuals.
• Prepare layouts, drawings, and BOQs in coordination with the estimation and technical teams.
• Manage project sales from lead generation through to closing and handover.
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and ongoing referrals.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure client expectations are met.
• Stay updated with design trends, material innovations, and competitor offerings.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in interior design and sales.
• Strong portfolio of residential/commercial interior design work.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office, and/or other design tools.
• Ability to prepare and present design and sales proposals effectively.
