Position Objective

• Responsible for site checks prior to design and designing the entire package for the outlet.
• Prepare BOQ and coordinate with Project execution and MEP designers.
• Control project schedule, cost, and performance risks to ensure proper setup as per Brand Principal's approval.
• Manage assigned brand projects and ensure precise planning of store layouts.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design teams to generate designs, develop concepts, and produce graphics for project communication through designs and presentations.
• Discuss project objectives, requirements, and budget.
• Consult with other professionals regarding design.
• Prepare and present feasibility reports and design proposals to the project manager and management.
• Advise management on project practicality.
• Utilize IT tools, specifically computer-aided design software, in design and project management.
• Maintain design within financial budgets and deadlines.
• Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and workings for management.
• Specify materials required for projects.
• Prepare tender applications and present designs to management.
• Draw up tender documents for contracts.
• Coordinate project work with contractors and manage site visits to monitor progress, budget, and timeline.
• Resolve construction problems and issues.
• Manage environmental impact considerations.
• Analyze, manage, and mitigate project risks.
