Job summary

A leading design studio is looking for an experienced architect to primarily work remotely on prestigious hospitality and residential projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of high-end design experience, fluency in English, and proficiency in design software including AutoCAD and Revit. This role offers an opportunity to work on international projects in the Middle East and East Africa.

Qualifications

Design Studio seeks experienced architect to work (mainly remotely) on prestigious hospitality and residential projects

Claudio Modola Design seeks an Italian-based, experienced, and highly motivated architect to work predominantly remotely, alongside company directors, on prestigious residential and hospitality projects in the Middle East and East Africa.
Candidate should fulfil the following prerequisites:-
• An architect with 5 years of experience in high-end design, ideally with professional experience abroad.
• Fluent in English (C1 level), essential for international projects (Interviews and all communication will be conducted exclusively in English).
• The candidate should be a highly organised, self-starter, able to take a project through from concept design to detailed design, working independently or as part of a team as the project requires.
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite. 3D Modelling software and AI software would be an advantage, but are not strictly necessary.
• Partita IVA
• Willingness to travel occasionally at studio cost for limited periods to meet with company directors or attend on-site.
The role will require the successful candidate to have a refined personal taste and be meticulous in their work.
