Job Description
- Manage the design process of real estate projects - from the formation of the design task to obtaining the SLD and a positive conclusion from the TDP expertise; supervise and administer the control of project implementation;
- Comprehensively coordinate the work of designers and project teams, from the initial stage to final implementation, ensuring the smooth progress of all stages and compliance of planned solutions with applicable regulations, laws and customer needs;
- Create a project schedule and ensure control over its implementation, anticipate possible risks and manage them in order to achieve results on time and within the planned budget;
- Collaborate with the project team, client and builder, ensuring a clear flow of information and prompt decision-making;
- Prepare, coordinate, sign and supervise the implementation of contracts. Monitor that project solutions comply with the planned budget, are implemented on time and with high quality;
Job Requirements
- Higher education in design;
- At least 5 years of work experience in project management;
- At least 3 years of team management experience;
- Knowledge of regulations for the preparation of construction, design, STR and territorial planning documents;
- Good knowledge of working with project management tools (e.g. MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.);
- Ability to manage stressful and non-standard situations;
- Independence, initiative and a responsible approach to work.
