Job summary

Madison Pearl invites a Design Manager to lead the design process for a Dubai real estate development project. You will coordinate between consultants, developers, and authorities to drive design from concept to IFC while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 12-15 years of UAE design strategy experience and strong communication skills to engage with the board of directors and investors. This is a high-visibility role in a Singaporean family office partnership, based in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering.
• 12-15 years’ UAE experience in design strategy.
• 5+ years of experience working with a client or on developers' side.
• Experience working with international design consultants (e.g., Atkins, Aecom, Gensler).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with board of directors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process, coordinating consultants and ensuring compliance with development goals and regulations.
• Develop design strategy and manage local and international consultant appointments; coordinate design from concept to IFC.
• Ensure full design compliance with UAE authority regulations and planning policies.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and value engineering proposals.
• Oversee permitting and project registration with authorities.
• Ensure all deliverables align with project objectives and investor expectations.
