Job description

Function / Role : Design Coordination, Technical Review, Stakeholder Liaison, Programme and Deliverables Management, Design Compliance, Value Engineering, Site Support, Change Management Support, Handover and As-built Documentation.

Key Responsibilities / Duties :

• Lead the development and execution of design concepts, ensuring they align with project goals.
• Oversee the preparation of design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and presentations.
• Collaborate with external consultants, architects, and contractors to integrate design plans seamlessly into the construction phase.
• Resolve design-related challenges and provide innovative solutions.
• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation.

Specific Requirements / Conditions :

• Long hours, night shifts, travel / mobility required.
• Minimum 5-8 years of fitout experience in UAE.
• Experience in at least 2 projects valued between 60-80 million AED for Interior Design and Fitout Coordination in UAE.
• Willingness to work from site offices as required.
• Driving license is mandatory.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or advanced certification in Design Management is preferred.

Experience :

• Minimum 5-8 years of fitout experience in UAE.
• Experience in managing at least 2 projects valued between 60-80 million AED for ID and fitout coordination in UAE.
