Job Description

Function / Role : Design coordination, technical review, stakeholder liaison, programme and deliverables management, design compliance, value engineering, site support, change management support, handover, and as-built documentation.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

• Lead the development and execution of design concepts, ensuring they align with project goals.
• Oversee the preparation of design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and presentations.
• Collaborate with external consultants, architects, and contractors to integrate design plans seamlessly into the construction phase.
• Resolve design-related challenges and provide innovative solutions.
• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation.

Specific Requirements / Conditions

Long hours, nights, shifts, travel/mobility required.

Minimum Experience

5-8 years of fitout experience in UAE, with at least 2 projects valued at 60-80 million for ID and fitout coordination in UAE. Working from site offices as required. Driving license is a must.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Master’s degree or advanced certification in Design Management preferred.

Skills

• Strong background in design and architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Leadership skills for managing teams.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Technical oversight of design projects.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Problem-solving and attention to detail.
