Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under its umbrella – SALT, Switch, Parker’s, Grind, Somewhere and Public.

We are currently seeking to hire an experienced Design Manager F&B. The Design Manager will oversee all aspects of the interior design process for our projects, from conceptual development to managing and executing the design. Must-haves for the role include substantial experience in F&B interior design, strong leadership skills, a creative vision, and excellent project management abilities.

Seeking candidates with strong skills in project management, understanding of building codes and safety regulations, knowledge of F&B operations and workflow, ability to create and read blueprints, knowledge of material specifications and costs, and an understanding of universal design principles.
