Position Summary

We seek an experienced Design Manager with a background in architecture or engineering to lead our interior design and drafting team. The ideal candidate will have at least 8+ years of UAE experience in a Design Manager or similar leadership role within the design and build industry. Proficiency in Architectural Design, Interior Design, Project Management, BOQ preparation, site supervision, AutoCAD, Revit, and related software is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of interior designers, AutoCAD draftsmen / women, and technical staff.
• Oversee creation of technical drawings, 3D models, and renderings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Manage project timelines and resources to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Act as the primary client contact, presenting proposals, gathering feedback, and incorporating revisions.
• Conduct design reviews and quality assurance to maintain standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on finalized designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years UAE experience in a Design Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong background in Architectural and Interior Design, Project Management.
