Job description

We are working with a well-known PMC located in the UAE, hiring for a Design Manager.

The company operates across various asset classes including Hotels, Education, Leisure, and Residential projects throughout the UAE.

The Role

This role involves leading a team of multi-disciplinary sub-consultants to design and deliver projects across the full project lifecycle, including design development, tender participation, contractor submission reviews, and site supervision. All design production is managed by sub-consultants.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Base build & technical/engineering projects, as well as strong pre-contract experience.

Benefits / Salary

There may be multiple positions available. The salary ranges from 30,000 to 45,000 AED per month, plus flights and medical insurance, depending on experience.
