Design Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
• Define and implement scalable design systems that ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
• Establish and uphold a high standard for visual design, typography, colour theory, and interaction design.
• Translate brand identity into compelling digital experiences that align with business goals.
• Oversee the design process from concept to execution, ensuring pixel-perfect designs that enhance user engagement.
• Guide the development team in translating Figma designs into responsive, interactive Webflow experiences.
• Collaborate closely with UX, marketing, and product teams to craft user-centric designs that enhance engagement and conversions.
• Ensure accessibility and usability best practices are applied across all digital experiences.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate the latest innovations in digital design and branding.
• Analyse design performance and iterate based on user feedback and data insights.

We would love to work with you if you:

• Have 8+ years of experience in web design and development with an impressive portfolio.
• Proven experience in leading design teams, preferably in a digital or Webflow-focused environment.
• Strong expertise in UI/UX design, branding, and digital storytelling.
• Deep understanding of Webflow, responsive design, and design system principles.
• Experience working with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
• Ability to provide clear design direction and constructive feedback.
• Knowledge of accessibility and usability best practices.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Have experience or enthusiasm for embracing AI technologies in design processes.
