Job summary

Shamal Holding in Dubai seeks an Associate Director – Design Management to lead design across a high-profile portfolio. You will shape architectural vision, ensure compliance with codes, and drive BIM-enabled delivery from concept through handover.

You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate with consultants, contractors and authorities, and advocate sustainability, quality and brand identity across large-scale developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed-use developments.
• Strong knowledge of UAE/GCC codes.

Responsibilities

• Design leadership across the portfolio to establish a consistent architectural vision.
• Ensure design deliverables meet schedule, budget and quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and authorities to secure approvals.
• Present design options to executives and obtain decision-ready approvals.
• Uphold sustainability targets and innovation across projects.
