Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed-use developments.
• Strong understanding of architecture related design disciplines.

Responsibilities

• A consistent architectural vision established across every project in the portfolio.
• Concept, schematic and detailed design stages signed off on schedule with no rework.
• Delivered designs reflect market trends, user experience and brand identity.
• Design deliverables issued complete on time and within approved budget.
• Regular site visits and audits for design and technical quality.
• Stakeholder collaboration to align on a single design position.
• Executive leadership receives clear, decision-ready design updates.
• Compliance with local codes and sustainability standards.
• Adoption of BIM and digital tools to improve quality and delivery speed.
