Job summary

ARADA is seeking a Design Manager – Architecture to lead the architectural design process from concept through IFC and into construction support. You will collaborate with international and local consultants to maintain the design vision, brand, and quality benchmarks across a major UAE portfolio.

The role requires strong leadership, governance, and coordination with Development, Commercial, Construction, and Project Management teams in a fast-paced, developer-led environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years’ experience in architecture/design or related consultancy/developer environments.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale developments in the Middle East, UAE preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE planning, approvals, and building regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead full architectural design lifecycle from concept to IFC and construction support.
• Act as design custodian ensuring design vision, brand, and quality benchmarks remain through all stages.
• Manage design consultants, budgets, scopes, fees, and contract administration.
