Job Description

Graduated Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Design & Estimation Engineer (Tents, Sheds & Steel Structure Industry).

Responsibilities include:

1. Review and verify design-built drawings for accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
2. Accurately take off quantities and prepare costing.
3. Prepare shop drawings using AutoCAD to support project requirements.
4. Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for tents, steel structures, and shading types (PVC, HDPE, PTFE, etc.).
5. Analyze project requirements, material specifications, and labor costs to provide detailed quotations.
6. Technical evaluation and proposal preparation, including reviewing engineering drawings, developing BOQs, ensuring compliance with standards, and obtaining quotations from suppliers.
7. Attend client meetings, site visits, and discussions to understand project scope.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering.

Experience: 3-5 years in estimation related to tents, steel structures, or shading systems.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Tekla, or other drafting software.
