Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design of steel structures
• Design and verify steel members and connections in accordance with project requirements and applicable codes
• Prepare detailed design calculations and technical reports
• Coordinate with drafting, fabrication and site teams
• Review shop drawings and resolve technical queries
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes and industry best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in steel structure design
• Strong experience in steel member design and steel‑concrete & steel‑steel connection design
• Experience in industrial, commercial, and building steel structures
• Good knowledge of AISC, BS, and Eurocode standards
• Proficient in ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, RAM Connection, and IDEA StatiCa
• Ability to prepare design calculations, reports, and review fabrication drawings
• Strong problem‑solving, coordination, and communication skills
