Job Title: Design Engineer - Thermoforming & GRP Parts

We seek a skilled Design Engineer responsible for creating designs for thermoforming or GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) parts and molds used in vehicle production. The primary focus will be to:

• Review and assess parts designed by the Design Engineering team (D.E) to ensure suitability for molding or forming processes and recommend necessary modifications to facilitate easy extraction.
• Prepare detailed designs for blocks required for mold machining, providing both 2D and 3D data for manufacturing.
• Collaborate with various teams (Electric, Manufacturing, Mounting) to validate the designed parts and ensure proper integration with the vehicle.
• Utilize non-conventional technologies, including 3D scanning and 3D printing, to support rapid prototyping efforts.
• Perform other engineering-related tasks as directed by the Engineering Manager and Engineering Director.

Desired Candidate Profile:
