Job summary

We are hiring an experienced Design Engineer for a reputed Automotive Manufacturing Company in Dubai, UAE. Candidate must have strong hands-on experience in Sheet Metal Design and Automotive Components Design using CATIA & Solid Works.

Location: Dubai, UAE. Salary: AED 4,000 - 5,000 + Benefits. Employment Type: Full Time / On-site. 3 - 5 Years of experience required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 3–5 years experience as a Design Engineer in Automotive/Automotive Manufacturing.
• Strong hands-on experience in Sheet Metal Design and Automotive Components Design using CATIA & SolidWorks.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automotive parts, components, and sheet metal assemblies using CATIA & SolidWorks.
• Create 3D models, detailed 2D manufacturing drawings, and BOM. Apply knowledge of sheet metal design, fabrication, and manufacturing processes.
• Develop designs per customer specs and industry standards; perform design calculations and tolerance stack-up analysis.

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Design Engineer for a reputed Automotive Manufacturing Company in Dubai, UAE. Candidate must have strong hands-on experience in Sheet Metal Design and Automotive Components Design using CATIA & Solid Works.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop automotive parts, components, and sheet metal assemblies using CATIA & Solid Works


• Create 3D models, detailed 2D manufacturing drawings, and BOMApply strong knowledge of sheet metal design, fabrication, and manufacturing processes


• Develop designs according to customer specifications and automotive industry standards


• Perform design calculations, tolerance stack-up analysis, DFM/DFACoordinate with production, quality, and purchase teams for prototype development and final approval


• Improve existing designs for better quality, performance, and cost optimization


• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and design history

Requirements

• Diploma / B. E / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering3 - 5 years of experience as a Design Engineer in Automotive / Automotive Manufacturing


• Good exposure to CATIA & Solid Works - Mandatory


• Strong experience in Sheet Metal Design & Automotive Design


• Good knowledge of GD&T, materials, and manufacturing processes


• Ability to read and understand complex engineering drawings


• Immediate joiners will be given preference
