Job summary

Sanvi Engineering And Business Consulting Solutions in Dubai seeks an experienced Design Engineer to design automotive parts and sheet metal assemblies using CATIA and SolidWorks. The role requires hands-on design and drafting skills.

You will create 3D models, 2D drawings and BOMs, perform tolerance analyses, and collaborate with production and quality teams. Immediate joining is preferred; salary is AED 4,000–5,000 plus UAE labour benefits.

Qualifications

• Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience as Design Engineer in Automotive / Automotive Manufacturing.
• Proficiency in CATIA and SolidWorks is mandatory.
• Strong sheet metal design knowledge for automotive components.
• Knowledge of GD&T, materials and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings.
• Immediate joining is preferred.
• Salary & Benefits: AED 4,000–5,000 + UAE Labour Law benefits.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automotive parts, components, and sheet metal assemblies using CATIA and SolidWorks.
• Create 3D models, detailed 2D manufacturing drawings, and BOM.
• Apply sheet metal design, fabrication, and manufacturing processes.
• Develop designs per customer specifications and automotive industry standards.
• Perform design calculations, tolerance stack-up analysis, DFM/DFA.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and purchase teams for prototype development and final approval.
• Improve existing designs for better quality, performance, and cost optimization.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and design history.
