Overview of the role:

The Certified Enterprise Architect / Design Consultant will lead the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions including but not limited to AWS and Azure platforms, tailored to the banking sector's operational needs. This role is pivotal in integrating Genesys contact center solutions with core banking systems to enhance customer service capabilities and operational efficiencies.

• Design and implement scalable and secure cloud architectures aligned with banking operational requirements.
• Integrate Genesys contact center solutions with core banking systems to improve customer service delivery.
• Ensure high availability and performance of cloud-based services (AWS, Azure) supporting banking operations.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement innovative technology solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Monitor and report on the performance of implemented solutions against defined KPIs.
