A global well-being company is seeking a Design Assistant to support the design team in creating benchmark-quality product designs. The role includes developing graphics, trims, and technical packages while collaborating with various stakeholders. Candidates should have strong graphic design skills, proficiency in Adobe tools, and the ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.

The Design Assistant supports the Private Label design team in developing market-relevant, benchmark-quality product designs. The role is focused on graphics, trims, tags, and the creation of detailed technical packages. This position works closely with designers, product development teams, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality output.
What you'll be doing:
Graphics, Trims, and Technical Package Development
- Conduct market and competitor benchmarking for graphics, trims, and tags.
- Create original or benchmarked graphic designs using professional design tools.
- Develop sketches and concepts for trims and tags.
- Prepare detailed and accurate technical packages in line with design specifications.
- Stay informed about regional regulatory requirements and ensure compliance in trims and tags.
- Ensure that all designs are aligned with market trends and brand identity.
- Deliver sketches and tech packs within defined timelines.
Cross-Functional & Supplier Collaboration
- Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with development timelines.
- Share ownership of project timelines and deliverables alongside design and product development stakeholders.
- Coordinate with suppliers to manage design submissions, sampling, and feedback.
- Partner with the Quality team to refine and standardize technical packages for consistent execution.
What we need:
-Strong knowledge of graphic designing & apparel technical package creation.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Ability to digitally sketch graphics.
- Knowledge of 3D design tools or AI-driven design (a plus).
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Effective communicator and team player, able to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
