Qualifications

• 5 years of hands-on experience in desalination operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operators to ensure safe and efficient power and water production.
• Review shift logbooks, operational reports, and event records for handovers.
• Respond to emergencies, coordinate corrective actions, and isolate faults.
• Inspect operating and standby units to verify readiness and reliability.
• Oversee major maintenance, equipment inspections, and shutdown works.
• Coordinate with support departments to ensure continuous plant performance improvement.
