Job Purpose:

As the Deputy Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will play a key role in people development, operational excellence, and creating a culture that reflects Lululemon’s values. The ideal candidate is energetic, fitness oriented, and passionate about people, leadership, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring excellence in customer service, team engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Support, coach, and develop team members through effective feedback, training, and performance management.
• Maintain a strong floor presence, leading by example and driving a culture of accountability and connection.
• Contribute to recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and succession planning.
• Help drive the achievement of store KPIs, including sales, conversion, and guest experience.
• Foster relationships within the local fitness and wellness community, representing Lululemon as a brand ambassador.
• Step into the Store Manager role in their absence, maintaining consistent leadership and direction.
