Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing civil engineering projects.
Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring work is executed in compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Coordinate with design teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
Review and approve civil work method statements, shop drawings, and material submittals.
Assist in cost control, risk management, and quality assurance processes.
Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports, logs, RFIs, and correspondence.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and safety standards.
Lead site meetings and coordinate between various teams to ensure project goals are achieved.
Step in to lead the project in the absence of the Project Manager.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering and project management, preferably in large-scale construction projects such as building and villa projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD).
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
