Job Description

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing civil engineering projects.
• Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring work is executed in compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
• Review and approve civil work method statements, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Assist in cost control, risk management, and quality assurance processes.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports, logs, RFIs, and correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and safety standards.
• Lead site meetings and coordinate between various teams to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Step in to lead the project in the absence of the Project Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering and project management, preferably in large-scale construction projects such as building and villa projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
