Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager with a background in ICWA and a strong understanding of budgeting, vendor payments, and taxation, particularly with experience in African markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop, implement, and monitor the annual budgeting process. Provide insights on financial trends, forecasts, and variances. Ensure that the budget aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
2. Vendor Payments: Manage and process vendor payments efficiently and on time. Ensure all payments comply with company policies and maintain strong relationships with vendors to resolve any issues.
3. Taxation: Oversee taxation compliance for African markets, including VAT, income tax, and statutory filings. Ensure timely and accurate submissions and collaborate with tax authorities and consultants.
4. Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses for senior management, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.
