Deputy Head of Supervision

With some of our exciting launches such as Burj Azizi (the second tallest tower in the world), Monaco Mansions and Azizi Venice – Dubai’s new luxurious Venetian-Inspired Waterfront community, we are rapidly expanding our onsite Supervision team based at (Location).

As a Deputy Head of Supervision reporting into the Head of Supervision, you will be leading and managing all site supervision activities to ensure construction projects are executed in compliance with contract documents, specifications, quality standards and safety regulations.

This role acts as a key liaison between site teams, consultants, contractors, and the client ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Assisted the Head of Supervision in leading all site supervision activities for high-rise building construction projects.
• Coordinated between design consultants, contractors, and client representatives to ensure compliance with specifications, safety regulations, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with Qa/Qc personnel to ensure timely inspections, documentation and quality aspects.
• Led site inspections and monitored ongoing construction work to ensure quality control and adherence to local codes and standards.
• Oversaw daily site operations, ensuring timely resolution of technical and construction issues.
• Supervise Project Managers, Supervision staff across multiple project locations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in building construction supervision, with at least 5+ years in a senior or deputy leadership role.
• Proven experience in high-rise building projects (G+10 and above).
• Prior experience working in a consultancy or engineering supervision firm is essential.
• Strong knowledge of construction standards, quality control, and safety practices.
