Job Description

• Manage and own end-to-end deployments across pre-production and production environments.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD.
• Create and manage Helm charts and Kubernetes manifests for deploying microservices in AWS EKS clusters.
• Coordinate closely with Dev, QA, and Security teams to manage deployment schedules, rollbacks, and hotfixes.
• Automate secrets management using AWS Secrets Manager and enforce secure access during deployments.
• Ensure deployment gates are integrated with SonarQube, Burp Suite, Sysdig, and GitHub Advanced Security.
• Maintain robust observability using CloudWatch, Sysdig, and support synthetic and runtime monitoring.
• Own and update deployment documentation, playbooks, and environment configuration.
• Troubleshoot infra-level and deployment-level issues, escalating to relevant teams when needed.
• Enforce deployment governance, tagging standards, and RBAC for secure infrastructure operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6–8 years of experience in DevOps or deployment engineering in a cloud-native environment.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and AWS EKS in production environments.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD.
• Proficient in writing Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and Helm.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills across build/deployment issues and cloud infrastructure.
• Good understanding of Git branching strategies, RBAC, and release workflows.
• Experience working in FinTech or regulated environments is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in AWS (e.g., AWS DevOps Engineer or SysOps Administrator).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, OpenTelemetry, or Datadog is a plus.
