Job summary

DR. MANSOORI CLINIC LLC in Dubai is seeking a female Dental Nurse/Assistant with a recognized dental nursing qualification to join our team.

The role requires prior implant surgery assistance and a DHA license or eligibility. You will support implant procedures, manage the treatment room, ensure sterilization and infection control, maintain patient records, and coordinate with the dentist and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Female candidate with a recognized Dental Nursing qualification.
• Previous experience assisting in dental implant surgery is essential.
• Valid DHA Dental Nurse license or eligibility, as applicable.
• Previous experience in a dental clinic is required.
• Knowledge of dental surgical instruments, sterilization, and infection control procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a team.
• Immediate availability or ability to join on short notice is preferred.
• Certified Dental Nurse/Assistant certification (or equivalent) is mandatory (DHA LICENSE).
• Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in a dental clinic setting.
• Proficiency in using dental software and digital radiography systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures, including general dentistry, restorative treatments, root canal treatments, and extractions.
• Assist the dentist during dental implant surgeries and implant-related procedures.
• Prepare the surgical room, instruments, and equipment before implant surgery.
• Ensure proper sterilization of surgical instruments and strict adherence to infection control protocols.
• Prepare and maintain the dental treatment room before and after each procedure.
• Assist with surgical instrument preparation and handling during implant placement.
• Ensure patient comfort and provide appropriate pre- and post-operative assistance.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update dental charts as required.
• Monitor dental supplies and ensure adequate stock of instruments and materials.
• Follow clinic policies, hygiene standards, and applicable DHA regulations.
• Coordinate with the dentist and clinic team to ensure smooth daily operations.
