Job summary

Tanqeeb in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a professional Nursing Assistant to join our dental clinic team. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of dental clinic experience and holds a valid MOH registration/licence as a Nursing Assistant.

Key duties include assisting dentists, chairside support, room preparation, infection control, and maintaining records. UAE Ras Al Khaimah location with in-person work only. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during consultations and dental procedures.
• Provide chairside assistance during treatments.
• Prepare treatment rooms, dental instruments, and materials before procedures.
• Prepare and assist patients before, during, and after treatment.
• Assist dentists during general dentistry and specialized dental procedures.
• Assist with dental implant and oral surgery procedures when required.
• Clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment.
• Follow strict infection prevention and control procedures.
• Maintain treatment rooms in a clean, organized, and prepared condition.
• Ensure the required dental instruments and materials are available.
• Monitor patient comfort and provide appropriate assistance.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
• Check and maintain dental and medical supplies.
• Report shortages or equipment issues to the concerned team.
• Coordinate effectively with dentists, dental assistants, nurses, and reception staff.
