Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef de Partie in managing a designated kitchen section.
• Prepare ingredients and dishes according to recipes with accuracy.
• Maintain mise-en-place and workstation organization.
• Support during service and maintain quality under pressure.
• Follow HACCP and hygiene standards at all times.
• Support stock handling and proper labelling to minimise waste.
