This job opportunity is with a planned start date of 15th August 2025.

Assist in preparing, cooking, and presenting hot la carte dishes to the required standard.

Support the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations and service execution.

Manage mise en place for assigned hot section (grill, saut , or roast, depending on rotation).

Ensure all food is prepared in line with hygiene and safety regulations.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment.

Work efficiently during busy service periods and respond quickly to orders.

Follow recipes and portion control guidelines precisely.

Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks, and minimizing waste.

Communicate clearly with team members and front-of-house when needed.

Be open to learning and development opportunities provided by senior chefs.

Additional Information

1 2 years of kitchen experience, ideally in a hot section or la carte setting.

Culinary diploma or relevant vocational training preferred.

Basic knowledge of hot kitchen techniques (e.g., saut ing, roasting, grilling).

Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow directions.

Good organizational and time-management skills.
