We are seeking a talented and motivated Demi Chef de Partie with a passion for Mediterranean cuisine to join our dynamic culinary team in Dubai at a renowned beachside upmarket Italian restaurant. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in the cold kitchen or Garde Manger and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Prepare and present cold dishes, salads, appetisers, and other menu items to the highest standards.
  2. Ensure all mise-en-place is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Maintain consistency and excellence in food preparation and presentation aligned with Mediterranean culinary traditions.
  4. Work collaboratively with senior chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  5. Uphold strict hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock for the cold section.
  7. Support in the training and development of junior staff when required.

Requirements :

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-end or fine dining environment.
  2. Proven expertise in the cold section / Garde Manger, particularly in Mediterranean cuisine.
  3. Fluency in English is essential.
  4. Candidates must be currently based in the UAE and available for a full-time, live-out position.
  5. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
