The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within an international luxury hotel. Excellent communication skills, teamwork, multitasking ability, and confidence in dealing with diverse clients are essential.
As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will manage and organize mise en place for your section, ensuring the highest food quality. You will assist the Chef de Cuisine in leading, managing, and organizing kitchen operations following health and safety standards. Additionally, you will support Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in creating new dishes and recipes.
Preferably, you hold a Culinary Diploma or have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a Michelin-starred or world-renowned fine dining restaurant. Good communication skills, creativity, passion for cooking, and a health and safety certification are required.
