As we expand into Ras Al Khaimah with a new project, we are looking for skilled and motivated Demi Chef de Parties (Demi CDPs) to join our kitchen team and contribute to delivering high-quality dishes consistently.


Role Purpose

The Demi Chef de Partie will assist the Chef de Partie in managing a specific section of the kitchen, preparing and presenting dishes to RIKAS standards. This role is based in Ras Al Khaimah and is ideal for someone eager to grow in a fast-paced, luxury culinary environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Food Preparation & Cooking

    • Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes for your assigned section.

    • Follow recipes and portion controls to maintain consistent quality.

    • Support the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations and special events.



  • Operational Duties

    • Maintain mise en place and ensure readiness for each service.

    • Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and assist in inventory management.

    • Keep your workstation, kitchen tools, and equipment clean and organized.

    • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.



  • Standards & Compliance

    • Maintain hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards at all times.

    • Follow RIKAS Group’s kitchen SOPs and safety regulations.

    • Uphold grooming and professional behavior in line with company culture.

    • Support junior kitchen staff (Commis Chefs) with guidance and training.




Qualifications


  • Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in a premium or fine-dining restaurant (minimum 1–2 years preferred).

  • Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.

  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.

  • Passion for food, creativity, and willingness to learn and grow.

  • Professional appearance and attitude.

  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

  • Must be available to join immediately in Ras Al Khaimah.
