We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic Kitchen professionals who pride themselves on delivering extraordinary customer service and providing creative solutions to our guests.

As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for daily food preparation and duties to meet set standards and quality. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Supporting the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in daily operations.
  2. Working according to menu specifications provided by the Chef de Partie.
  3. Maintaining hygienic conditions in your work area as per hotel rules.
  4. Controlling food stock and food costs within your section.
  5. Preparing daily mis-en-place and food production across various sections of the kitchen.
  6. Following instructions from superiors to complete daily tasks.
  7. Ensuring high standards and consistent quality in food preparation, staying updated with new products, recipes, and techniques.
  8. Instructing and leading subordinates in food preparation and assisting in setting up buffets and special functions.
  9. Coordinating with other sections regarding cleanliness, wastage, and cost control.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education, Qualifications & Experiences

  • Professional kitchen apprenticeship or chefs training course.
  • Previous experience in quality establishments with strong culinary skills.
  • Good communication skills in English, with proven knowledge in food preparation, presentation, and preservation.
