In this role, you will assist the Senior Chef in preparing, cooking, and presenting a variety of dishes while maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene. Key Responsibilities: • Assist the Senior Chef in daily kitchen operations and food preparation. • Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and quality standards. • Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere to “clean as you go” practices. • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies when necessary. • Ensure full compliance with HACCP standards, food safety, and hygiene regulations. • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences. • Contribute to menu development ideas and suggest improvements. • Work efficiently across multiple kitchen sections, multitasking in a fast-paced environment. • Take initiative in learning and personal development with a proactive, passionate attitude. • Demonstrate a proactive, growth-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn and improve.

• Currently residing in the UAE. • Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in high-volume and standalone restaurants. • HACCP certification (mandatory). • Solid understanding of culinary techniques and food safety standards. • High school diploma or equivalent with culinary qualifications or certifications are preferred. • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. • Communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written • Immediate availability is an advantage.
