Job Description

You will drive Kraft Heinz Business Management (KHBM) within the organization and be a focal point for long-term forecasts and sales data (for capacity & strategic planning) and short-term forecasts to ensure the availability of the right products at the right time and place. You will be the owner of the forecast accuracy (MAPE) and BIAS KPIs, in addition to enabling the realization of Top Line Revenue results.

What You'll Do

• Lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle for the responsible cluster/region.
• Review and improve in-market sales forecast quality for multiple distributors in the region. Work backwards from sell-out to sell-in forecasts using the Stock Equation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial finance, trade marketing, marketing, and sales to build aligned forecasts.
• Coordinate with supply planning at the factory level to identify key supply risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Assist in developing annual budgets and cost-effectiveness initiatives.
• Follow and promote company rules and regulations.
• Develop routine and ad-hoc demand-related reports for management.
• Schedule forecast review meetings with management regularly.
• Maintain and improve demand planning and S&OP processes to enhance forecast accuracy.
• Update forecasts for new products, seasonal products, discounts, and promotions.
• Coordinate with the customer logistics team to monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels using corrective and preventive action plans.

What You Bring

• Degree in Engineering, Business Management, International Trade, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Demand planning experience is essential.
• FMCG experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Solid experience with statistical metrics, formulas, and models.
• Supply Chain Certification is a plus.
