Demand Planner and Supply Chain Analyst

Responsible for S&OP process - Baseline, Sales and consensus forecast generation, demand supply balancing, publishing of final forecast and measurement of forecast accuracy across the group. Responsible for supply management covering RM requirements planning and inventory cover for Sea ordered items for Trading Division.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the monthly S&OP process.
2. Baseline forecast generation basis historical sales trends.
3. Liase with Sales team and support to build the sales forecast using the baseline shared.
4. Coordinate with Supply planner for demand supply balancing.
5. Align and publish the final forecast to all internal stakeholders.
6. Responsible for measurement of forecast accuracy.
7. Liase with Sales team regarding forecast deviations and drive adjustment of supply plans to optimize inventory levels.
8. Responsible for RM requirement planning for sea ordered items basis the forecast.
9. Share the requirements and work closely with procurement and logistics teams to ensure availability as per the requirement plan.
10. To proactively highlight supply chain risks and liase with the respective teams for solutions.
11. Conduct Stock evaluation meeting and Weekly Wholesale channel review meeting.
12. Track, report and manage excess and obsolete inventory and liase with sales and warehouse teams to utilize the stock efficiently.
13. Liase with Sales team regarding promo, seasonal and event based demand estimation and give visibility to supply planner and Procurement teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Analytical and Commercial acumen.
• Good level of Excel and Power query knowledge.
• Understanding of supply chain concepts - lead time, inventory days, safety stock, days of cover etc.
• Experience in F&B/ F&V will be an added advantage.
