Job summary

iSystems Ltd in Dubai is seeking to support the Demand Management and Capacity Planning Lead with demand management and resource planning for marketing and creative resources across Cross-Functional Squads, ensuring alignment with program goals and enterprise capacity visibility.

The role involves assisting in managing the master demand portfolio, tracking capacity, identifying external resourcing needs, and ensuring accurate visibility into squad capacity for effective decision making.

Responsibilities

• Assist in capacity planning and forecasting models to forecast supply and demand for upcoming programs.
• Support communication around shifting priorities with stakeholders and escalate issues.
• Help integrate requirements for decision makers, facilitate prioritization, and allocate demand across squads.
• Develop ongoing utilization reports.
• Assist in resolving resourcing issues escalated by Squad Agile Leads.
• Work to resolve over- or under-allocation of staff and propose capacity planning improvements.
• Collaborate with Business & Operations to optimize global resourcing workflows.

Job description

Role :

Supports the Demand Management and Capacity Planning Lead with demand management and resource planning for the marketing and creative resources in the Cross-Functional Squads. Assists in managing the master demand portfolio. Supports the tracking of available capacity and identification of external resourcing/freelancer needs. Track and resolve conflicts so that resource capacity is always up-to-date and diligently managed in order to have accurate visibility into Cross-Functional Squad capacity.

Responsibility:

• Assists in managing capacity planning and forecasting models to strategically forecast supply and demand requirements for upcoming programs to be deployed to the Cross-Functional Squads
• Supports communication around shifting priorities with key stakeholders, escalating exceptions and issues to leadership, as necessary
• Supports the process and ceremonies that integrate all requirements for decision makers across the enterprise, facilitates prioritization, and allocates demand across the squads. 4. 4. 4. Supports the management of demand forecast reports based on annual and quarterly plans along with input from backlog of requests
• Develops ongoing utilization reports
• Assists in resolving resourcing issues that are escalated by Squad Agile Leads
• Works to resolve any issues regarding under or over allocations of current staff members Recommends process improvements for Capacity Planning
• Works with other Business & Operations team members to optimize global resourcing workflows in alignment with project management systems
