The Opportunity

The B2B Marketing team at Agoda is seeking a Demand Generation Manager/Associate Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through innovative, data-driven marketing strategies. This role will focus on developing and executing multi-channel campaigns, collaborating across teams, and optimizing performance to support Agoda s growth in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement demand generation strategies to achieve revenue objectives, including email marketing, SEO, social media, webinars, and content marketing
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including copywriting, design coordination, and analytics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, BD, and product marketing) to align campaigns with broader business objectives
  • Create and manage marketing collateral, including white papers, case studies, infographics, and sales enablement materials
  • Execute digital audience development campaigns to build awareness, drive traffic, and grow Agoda s database
  • Scale growth across social media platforms, focusing on targeted, engaged audiences
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, and CRM platforms
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and emerging distribution channels to innovate demand generation effort

What You ll Need To Succeed

  • 4+ years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or a related field, ideally in travel or e-commerce
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (eg Hubspot, Salesforce, and analytics tools (eg Tableau)
  • Hands-on experience with paid digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, and audience development strategies
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in creating compelling marketing content
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of executing strategies for diverse audiences & products
  • Knowledge of webinar platforms, and content management systems is a plus
