Job description

Provide support to operation, implementing documentation system, procedure, policies and handle delivery services department.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Delivery Services:

• Manage overall process of onboarding of new riders with clients.
• Managing overall delivery services operations.
• Managing and assisting legal issues of bike riders.
• Manage RTA, ITC and other Government transport authorities.
• Handling compliance issues of riders in consultation with clients.
• Lead and monitor offboarding process of riders.
• Lead business development function of delivery services.

Operational Support:

• Manage Operational support division which covers suppliers, invoices and clients as well.
• Manage PRO claims which cover CBD, E-Dirham, Emirates ID expenses, medical expenses and visa expense IOU.
• To verify purchase order of EIFM and calibers industry PRs, PO before final approval.
  Store:
• Managing overall activities of all EIFM warehouses and supporting senior storekeepers, storekeepers and assistant storekeepers.
• Provide guidance in the overall process of warehouse operation.
• Provide guidance in compliance of warehouse operations and its activities.

Transportation:

Manage overall activities of EIFM transportation team.

• Manage and assist RTA and UTC traffic department aspects.
• Manage and support the rental vehicles operational matters.
• Support the transportation team related to GPS monitoring, legal formalities and new vehicle requirements.
• Provide assistance in preparing annual budget.

Reporting to: General Manager

Supervision: Operational Support & Delivery Services Team

(Education & Experience)

Academic Qualification – Bachelor’s Degree or Higher

Experience: Minimum 6 -12 years’ Experience in relevant field & ISO – QMS Process

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Proficiency in computer applications.
