Job summary

Tasheel Center in Business Bay is seeking an Office Messenger to manage daily document pickup and delivery across Dubai. You will pick up legal files and visa bundles, ensuring secure delivery and required sign-offs, while supporting the team with errands and keeping a trip log for progress tracking.

The role requires a valid UAE driving license, strong knowledge of Dubai roads and navigation apps, and a Cancalled visa or ready NOC to join immediately.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: Valid UAE driving license for daily outdoor operation.
• Must know Dubai roads and navigation apps to beat city traffic.
• Must have cancelled visa or ready NOC to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Pick up legal files, trade licenses, and visa bundles from our office and deliver to client locations.
• Ensure sensitive paperwork is signed for and delivered securely without loss or damage.
• Assist the office team with errands to banks or post offices during the shift.
• Maintain a daily logbook of all trips for head office tracking of delivery progress.
