Job summary

Synechron in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager for Investment Banking and Global Markets. You will lead technology projects, engage stakeholders, define the project framework, and ensure delivery on time and within budget, working closely with business and IT teams.

Ideal candidates possess 10+ years in Global Markets IT, experience with IB platforms, and familiarity with Murex. Strong leadership, communication, and PMO process knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience managing Global Markets IT projects.
Experience delivering IT projects for Investment Banking/Global Markets in large financial institutions.
Familiarity with trade booking systems, electronic trading platforms, risk management systems.

Responsibilities

Define and own project plans, estimating effort and detailing milestones.
Identify risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
Act as liaison between business, IT and stakeholders to ensure delivery.
Maintain high delivery standards and user experience across projects.
Prepare detailed status reports for management and organize steering committee meetings.
Coordinate with external vendors and ensure adherence to PMO processes and budgets.
Capture lessons learned and participate in pre-initiation activities (RFQ/RFI/RFP/POC).
