Job Summary :
As a Delivery Manager, you will oversee the successful execution of multiple Data, Analytics, and AI projects within a customer account or region. Your responsibilities include ensuring seamless project delivery, resource optimization, strategic alignment, and risk mitigation. You will manage project managers and also serve as a hands-on PM for critical projects to ensure high-value outcomes and satisfaction for clients and teams.

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage multiple Data, Analytics, and AI projects within the assigned account or region.
- Act as a hands-on PM for critical or high-risk projects.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive delivery roadmap.
- Align projects with client objectives, budgets, and strategic goals.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement :
- Primary escalation point for project issues.
- Conduct regular reviews with clients, ensuring transparency and business impact.
- Build long-term client relationships, identifying upselling opportunities.
Governance, Compliance & Risk Management :
- Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and AI regulations.
- Establish SOPs to reduce project risks by 30%.
- Proactively manage risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency and utilization (>85%).
Budget & Team Development :
- Monitor and control project budgets.
- Support hiring, training, and retention to develop a high-performing team.
Agile, Automation & Delivery Excellence :
- Adopt best practices in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid methodologies.
- Standardize reporting, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Implement automation and AI tools to streamline processes and reduce manual effort.
- Drive continuous improvement for 20%+ productivity gains annually.
- Leverage Gen AI for monitoring and analytics to predict risks and optimize delivery.
- Mentor Project Managers for consistent quality.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Certifications in Azure or AWS are advantageous.
Technical Skills :
- 12+ years in Data, Analytics, and AI project delivery.
- Experience managing multiple projects in large accounts or regions.
- Resource optimization, financial planning, and budget management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project management.
- Knowledge of data engineering, analytics platforms, AI/ML lifecycle, and data governance.
- Experience implementing automation and AI-driven efficiencies.
- Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Trello, Asana).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Nice to Have Skills :
- Experience in BFSI analytics projects.
- Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data architectures.
