The role requires a minimum of 3 years in project management, expertise in Kanban and Scrum, and a solid technical background. The Connectivity team is building gateways to cryptocurrency and traditional finance (TradFi) exchanges.
Team management: task allocation and monitoring of progress, tracking deadlines, and task execution quality.
Managing the team backlog: evaluation, planning, and task prioritization.
Creating and improving processes within the team.
Interacting with other teams and internal stakeholders.
Participation in team assembly, development, and motivation.
Budget Management.
Performance tracking.
Creating and maintaining comprehensive team documentation.
