We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Delivery Manager with 5+ years of proven success leading complex digital and IT programs in an agile environment. Strong background in end-to-end delivery management, vendor coordination, and stakeholder alignment, with exposure to modern customer engagement technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex IT and digital programs, ensuring projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Implement and adapt Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks, including sprint/release planning, backlog management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Maintain governance, risk management, and quality standards throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Collaborate with vendors and system integrators, driving accountability and ensuring delivery excellence across external partners.
- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholder engagement and reporting, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with business goals.
- Oversee initiatives involving contact centre solutions, chatbots, CRM, loyalty systems, and omnichannel engagement platforms.
- Facilitate alignment between technology, business, and customer experience teams to optimize program outcomes.
- Apply domain knowledge to support delivery of airline-specific systems and integrations, particularly in areas such as Amadeus, PSS, NDC/Offer-Order solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in delivery management of digital or IT programs.
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex programs using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of project governance, budgeting, and quality assurance.
- Experience working with third-party vendors and system integrators.
- Familiarity with customer engagement platforms such as chatbots, CRM, loyalty, self-service, and contact centre technologies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills; able to influence and align cross-functional teams.
- Airline industry experience is a strong plus. Knowledge of Amadeus, PSS, or NDC/Offer-Order systems is highly desirable.
