Overview

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of a next-generation guest experience platform. This role is central to ensuring the successful rollout of contact centre solutions, self-service channels, and omnichannel engagement platforms, delivering measurable value across guest-facing and enterprise systems.

The Delivery Manager will coordinate across business and technology teams, vendors, and system integrators to ensure programs are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position is ideal for someone with strong delivery management expertise who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of digital and IT programs, ensuring timely and cost-effective outcomes.
  • Oversee integration of omnichannel platforms including contact centres, chatbots, self-service, and automation channels.
  • Ensure seamless interoperability with enterprise systems such as CRM, Loyalty, Operations, and Ecommerce.
  • Apply agile and hybrid delivery frameworks, including backlog prioritization, sprint/release planning, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Manage vendors and system integrators to ensure delivery accountability and excellence.
  • Provide regular progress updates, risk assessments, and quality reviews to stakeholders.
  • Support the roadmap for guest engagement platforms, balancing automation with exceptional human interaction.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of delivery management experience in digital or IT programs, with proven success delivering complex initiatives in an agile environment.
  • Strong track record of on-time, on-budget program delivery with governance and quality oversight.
  • Skilled in agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience coordinating vendors and system integrators.
  • Exposure to contact centre solutions, chatbots, self-service, CRM, loyalty, and omnichannel systems.
  • Airline industry knowledge is a strong plus; experience with Amadeus, PSS, or NDC/Offer-Order solutions highly desirable.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills, with the ability to align business and technology priorities.
