Job summary

RIG (Recruitment International Group) is seeking Delivery Drivers in Dubai to support a fast-growing last-mile operation for a leading e-commerce business. You will collect, transport and deliver parcels safely and on time, representing the company with a professional, customer-focused approach.

You will use smartphones, GPS and delivery apps to manage routes, perform basic vehicle checks, and work flexible shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving Licence.
• Prior UAE delivery or courier experience preferred.
• Familiar with Dubai roads and GPS apps.
• Physically fit for loading and unloading.
• Legal right to work in UAE.

About the Role

We are currently recruiting Delivery Drivers to join a fast-growing last-mile delivery operation supporting one of the world's leading e-commerce businesses.

As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for collecting, transporting and delivering customer parcels safely, accurately and on time across your assigned delivery area. You will represent the business directly with customers, so a professional and customer-focused approach is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle.
• Complete daily delivery routes efficiently and within allocated timeframes.
• Load and organise parcels securely before leaving the delivery station.
• Deliver packages accurately to residential and commercial customers.
• Use a smartphone and delivery/navigation applications to manage routes and deliveries.
• Obtain delivery confirmation and accurately update delivery information.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Follow all UAE road-traffic laws and company health and safety procedures.
• Carry out basic daily vehicle checks and report any defects or maintenance issues.
• Handle parcels carefully and responsibly.
• Maintain high standards of punctuality, reliability and attendance.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays where required.

Requirements

• Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving Licence – mandatory.
• Previous driving or delivery experience in the UAE is preferred.
• Previous experience in courier, logistics, e-commerce or last-mile delivery is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Dubai roads and residential areas.
• Comfortable using GPS, Google Maps and smartphone-based delivery applications.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Physically fit and able to load, unload and carry parcels.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow delivery procedures.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Candidates must have the legal right to work in the UAE.
