Job summary

J&T Express in Abu Dhabi is seeking delivery couriers to pick up and drop off shipments safely and on time. You will follow routes, maintain accurate delivery records, collect COD payments when required, and update status in the company app.

The role requires physical fitness and a customer-focused, professional attitude. Candidate should have a valid UAE driving license, be able to work flexible hours including weekends, and have Emirates ID with legal work authorization.

Qualifications

• Valid UAE driving license.
• Experience in delivery, courier, logistics, or transportation is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi roads and surrounding areas.
• Basic English communication; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver shipments safely and on time.
• Follow delivery routes and schedules.
• Ensure all parcels are handled carefully and delivered in good condition.
• Collect COD payments when required and submit them.
• Update delivery status using the company app or system.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections, and customer interactions.
• Contact customers to coordinate deliveries.
• Follow company policies, traffic laws, and safety regulations.
• Report delivery issues, delays, damaged shipments, or customer concerns to the supervisor.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and in good working condition.
• Meet daily delivery targets and performance standards.
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments when required.

6. Update delivery status using the company mobile application or system.

9. Follow company policies, traffic laws, and safety regulations at all times.

10. Report delivery issues, delays, damaged shipments, or customer concerns to the supervisor.
